Responsibilities

• Greet customers politely upon entry or drive-through.
• Record orders accurately at counter, phone, and drive-through.
• Process orders and ensure timely preparation.
• Balance cash drawer and provide correct change.
• Process credit and debit card transactions.
• Maintain clean front counter and dining area.
• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries.
• Assist in kitchen as backup when necessary.
