Job summary

Responsibilities include taking orders, handling cash and card transactions, assisting with drive-thru, and supporting team members during peak hours. Prior experience is helpful but training is provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle monetary transactions accurately.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn the Pulse POS system and on-site procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders at the counter or drive-thru.
• Process cash, credit, and mobile payments with accuracy.
• Balance cash drawer and report discrepancies.
• Maintain front-of-house cleanliness and restock supplies.
• Assist in kitchen or food prep when needed as a back-up.
