Job summary

Wendy's Fort Wayne restaurant is seeking a Crew Member to deliver fast, friendly service in a busy dining room. You will assemble orders, prepare hot foods, stock beverages, and operate the cash register to ensure quick, accurate service.

No experience is required and training is provided. You must be at least 16 years old and legally eligible to work; shifts vary, including evenings and weekends; you should be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Some high school required
• No experience required
• Must be at least 16 years of age and possess all documents and permits required to work by state and federal law
• Knowledge of computers and/or cash register systems helpful

Responsibilities

• Ensures all food orders are assembled correctly within stated time goals
• Maintains a clean, safe, and fully stocked dining room, restroom, and work area
• Prepares, portions, and serves hot food orders per customer requests
• Stocks, portions, and serves beverages
• Operates cash register according to cash operations policies
• Takes orders from customers, interfaces with customers and provides quality service
• Preps store for opening
• Closes store (restocks supplies and cleans up facilities, food preparation, and storage units)
