Job summary

Carlisle Corporation, a Wendy’s franchisee, is seeking a Crew Member in Fort Wayne, IN to join our fast-paced restaurant team. You will assist with food preparation, take customer orders, handle cash, and help maintain a clean, safe dining environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures all food orders are assembled correctly within stated time goals.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and fully stocked dining room, restroom, and work area.
• Prepares, portions, and serves hot food orders per customer requests (sandwiches, chili, baked potato, fries, etc.).
• Stocks, portions, and serves beverages.
• Operates cash register according to cash operations policies.
• Takes orders from customers, via in-person and intercom, and provides quality service.
• Preps store for opening.
• Closes store by restocking supplies and cleaning up facilities and storage areas.
