Job summary

Hoxton Circle in Northern California seeks a sharp recruiter to own the contract finance and accounting desk. You will source and qualify contractors from staff accountants to FP&A leaders, move quickly on live orders, and manage candidates through screening, offers and close.

This is a hybrid role starting largely remote with more in-person time as the team grows, focused on building a strong contractor bench and clean CRM data in the Peninsula/South Bay area.

Qualifications

• Contract staffing experience is helpful.
• Finance and accounting knowledge is useful.

Responsibilities

• Source and qualify finance/accounting contractors from staff accountants to FP&A leaders.
• Take live job orders and turn them into strong shortlists quickly.
• Manage candidates through screening, presentation, offers and close.
• Maintain contractors on assignment and drive extensions and redeployments.
• Build a bench of proven talent across the Bay Area.
• Keep pipeline and CRM clean and current.
