Responsibilities

• Thoroughly wash, sanitize, and air-dry dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
• Clean dishwashing machines and report malfunctions promptly.
• Empty trash bins frequently and maintain cleanliness in waste areas.
• Assist with light prep tasks during high-volume service periods.
• Follow all hygiene, chemical handling, and safety protocols.
• Work closely with chefs to ensure dishware is readily available.
