Qualifications

• Able to safely and effectively use dishwashing machinery.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to read a thermometer.

Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and dry all kitchen utensils and equipment.
• Maintain a pace to prevent back up of dirty dishes.
• Empty garbage and keep areas clean.
