Responsibilities

• Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen areas, equipment and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition.
• Washes pots, pans and trays following procedures to ensure cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polishes silver using appropriate equipment and processes to maintain hygiene standards.
• Keeps dish area orderly and compliant with safety standards.
• Remains mindful of safety procedures and chemical levels as provided.
