Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment.
• High school diploma or its equivalency required.
• Three (3) years previous bartending experience required.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Knowledge of operating a cash register is required.
• Ability to operate equipment listed: juice guns, cutting boards, soda guns, ice machines, mixers, pourers, knives, coffee machines, non-alcoholic frozen drink machines, ice tea machines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare drinks with proper portions and ingredients.
• Mix drinks and collect payment from guests.
• Count bank at the beginning of shift and at end of shift; separate room charges and comp tickets; complete paperwork.
