Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders in person or by phone.
• Greet guests warmly and upsell menu items and promotions.
• Be knowledgeable about menu offerings, sauces, and promotions.
• Ensure orders are accurate and prepared on time.
• Process cash, credit card, and gift card payments; balance register.
• Keep FOH clean and stocked; restrooms and surfaces.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate when needed.
