Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts Incorporated is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to support daily operations, prepare beverages and food, and deliver friendly service in a fast-paced environment. You will follow brand standards, maintain cleanliness, and help ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include taking orders, preparing items, assembling orders, and communicating effectively with teammates and managers to keep service smooth and welcoming for guests.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in food service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow Brand standards, recipes, and systems.
• Follow food safety standards.
• Prepare food and beverages.
• Assemble and package orders.
• Understand the restaurant menu, including limited-time offers and promotions, and be able to answer guest questions.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Clean equipment, service areas, and guest areas.
• Stock items, such as cups, lids, etc. at the workstation.
• Take orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter and handle payments (if applicable).
• Meet speed of service standards while delivering accurate orders to guests.
• Serve and communicate with guests.
• Maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant.
• Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers.
• Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas.
