• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness procedures; maintain product quality and freshness.
• Keep the restaurant clean, organized, and fully stocked; operate equipment safely and correctly.
• Assist with receiving deliveries, rotating stock, and minimizing waste; communicate clearly during rushes.
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a positive, respectful environment; follow shift leader/manager directions.
