Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate highest standards of guest relations when assisting guests at the counter.
• Provide advice, guidance and recommendations on products and menu selection.
• Ensure adequate stock levels for the Café area and manage queues.
• Upsell to maximize profit and maintain a clean, organized Café.
• Cook, assemble and store food items at proper temperatures; follow health codes.
• Attend staff meetings and training as required.
