Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist guests at the counter with warmth and care.
• Advise on menu items to ensure positive experiences.
• Maintain stock levels for Café area.
• Manage queues and upsell to maximize profit.
• Keep Café and surrounding areas tidy.
• Handle guest complaints and report feedback.
• Follow health code regulations and procedures.
• Prepare and store ingredients safely.
• Participate in staff meetings and training.
