Qualifications

• Basic math skills of adding and subtracting required.
• ServSafe or similar food handling certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the highest standards of guest relations.
• Give advice and recommendations on products.
• Ensure adequate stock levels for the Café area.
• Manage queues and exceed guest expectations.
• Keep the Café and surrounding areas tidy and clean.
• Handle guest complaints effectively.
• Measure and assemble ingredients for menu items.
• Ensure compliance with health code regulations.
