Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in fast food or customer service.
• Must be 21+ years old due to alcohol service.
• Food Handler's certification or willing to obtain.
• Stand for up to 8 hours, lift 20-30 lbs in a hot, busy kitchen.
• Excellent communication and multitasking under pressure.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, take orders via POS, upsell burgers, sides, and beverages.
• Prepare and serve food and drinks quickly with high hygiene standards.
• Handle cash, cards, and digital payments; balance tills at shift end.
• Maintain a clean, organized counter area and restock condiments/napkins.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure quick, accurate orders.
• Promote daily specials and respond to customer inquiries politely.
• Verify age for alcohol service and follow responsible serving laws.
• Assist with opening/closing duties, inventory checks, and light prep as needed.
