Tonkin Gresham Honda is seeking a versatile Parts Counter Sales Associate to join our fast-paced team. You will assist technicians, manage online orders, and support walk-in customers with product knowledge and excellent service.

Responsibilities include stocking and organizing inventory, handling wholesale accounts, and maintaining accurate records. A high school diploma is required; automotive experience is a plus. This is a full-time position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; automotive training is a plus.
• Previous experience in automotive parts, retail, or inventory management preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsabilités

• Assist technicians at the parts counter with parts needed for service orders.
• Manage online parts and accessories orders from intake to fulfillment, including shipping and communication.
• Handle wholesale accounts, including phone orders, price quotes, and building relationships with local repair shops.
• Provide front counter support to walk-in retail customers with product knowledge and great service.
• Receive, stock, and organize inventory with attention to accuracy and detail.
