Job summary

Key Personnel is seeking a 2nd shift Operator (HVBL) for a local northside automotive manufacturer in Holland, MI. This temp-to-hire role requires standing for long periods, a fast-paced environment, and handling loading/unloading tasks across ovens, coaters, washers, and glass cutters.

Responsibilities include adhering to production and quality standards, operating related equipment, and proper clean-room gowning. English reading/writing is required; lifting up to 50 pounds may be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; or equivalent.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work in a team.
• Ability to operate within production and quality standards; read/write English.

Responsibilities

• Stand in one spot for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Load and unload ovens, coaters, washers, and glass cutters.
• Operate production equipment following established procedures and quality standards.
• Gowning up with hair net, mask, gloves when in clean room; may involve lifting coater fixers (up to 50 lbs).
