Job summary

Key Personnel is seeking a 2nd shift Operator (HVBL) for a local northside automotive manufacturer in Holland, MI. This temp-to-hire role requires standing for long periods, a fast-paced environment, and handling loading/unloading tasks across ovens, coaters, washers, and glass cutters.

Responsibilities include adhering to production and quality standards, operating related equipment, and proper clean-room gowning. English reading/writing is required; lifting up to 50 pounds may be needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

A local northside automotive manufacturer is seeking operators.

• Must be willing to stand in one spot for long periods of time.
• Face paced work
• loading/unloading ovens, coaters, washers, glass cutters
• Must be available to work up to 10 hour days.
• Glass handling.
• Must be ok getting gowned up, masked, hair net and booties when working in a clean room. Could be lifting coater fixers throughout the shift.
• Lifting can be up to 50 pounds.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma; or equivalent. Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to operate within production and quality standards; including being able to operate/utilize all job-related equipment. Equipment may include fork-lift, hand tools, production machinery, etc.
• Must be able to read/write in English
