Job summary

This position is part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST) at Tractor Supply, focused on a single store to own and execute start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, and price changes, while supporting merchandising and fixture assembly and maintaining all signage.

It involves interacting with customers and team members to deliver legendary customer service and follow the GURA framework to meet store goals.

Qualifications

Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion, issues, and solutions.
Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
Perform project-related measurements.
Complete store price changes accurately and timely.
Install, update, and maintain store signage including circulars, price cuts and managers' specials.
Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
Provide legendary customer service to customers in stores using the GURA method.
