Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to join the Field Activity Support Team in a single-store assignment. You will own and execute start-to-finish tasks like planograms, signage, and price changes while supporting merchandise and fixture assembly, and maintaining all signage.

You will interact with customers and teammates, delivering legendary service via GURA, and remain flexible to business needs. The role emphasizes safety and willingness to perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project-related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity and perform recovery reviews.
• Provide Legendary customer service using the GURA framework (Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend products, Ask for the Sale).
• Promote a safe and productive work environment per company safety guidelines.
• Team Members may be asked to perform other duties as assigned.
