Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store on core tasks like planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly. You will support customers and teammates, ensuring accurate merchandising and friendly service throughout your shift.

The role emphasizes reliability, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift and move merchandise as part of daily operations. Prior retail or merchandising experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and/or merchandising preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Perform start-to-finish merchandising tasks (planograms, signage, price changes).
• Assemble merchandise and fixtures.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA guidelines.
• Maintain planogram integrity and signage accuracy.
• Communicate work status with supervisor and store team.
