Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to join our Field Activity Support Team. The role focuses on executing start-to-finish tasks within a single store, including planograms, signage updates, price changes, fixture assembly, and overall signage maintenance.

You will interact with customers and teammates, delivering legendary customer service. Ideal candidates will have prior retail or merchandising experience, be 18+, and able to read, write, and count.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills are preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts as scheduled by business needs.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and promptly.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA (Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend, Ask for sale).
• Promote a safe, productive work environment and follow safety guidelines.
