Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store on diverse tasks from planograms to signage and price changes. You will interact with customers and teammates, delivering legendary service while supporting fixture assembly and maintenance of signage.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and merchandising experience required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service while in stores.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment for Team Members and customers.
