Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to support a single store with end-to-end tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, fixture assembly, and merchandise setup. You will interact with customers and team members to deliver legendary service while maintaining a safe, productive store environment.

The role requires reliability, flexibility, and strong communication. Shifts vary by business needs, with opportunities for growth within Store Operations.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including, but not limited to, Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service while in stores.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor on work completion and issues.
