Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to operate as part of the Field Activity Support Team in a single store, owning start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary customer service while supporting merchandising and store upkeep.

The role requires prior retail/merchandising experience, the ability to read and write, and willingness to work shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or merchandising experience required.
• Reading, writing and counting skills needed; basic computer skills preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including price changes and promotions.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs; manage price changes.
• Provide legendary customer service and greet customers using the GURA framework.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on progress and issues.
• Maintain planogram integrity and perform recoveries as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
