The R3 Product Line is seeking a Research Engineer to support and lead programs in Converged Solution (CS) and RF Exploitation Architectures (REXAS) Tech Areas, developing novel RF/cyber algorithms and demonstrating advanced EW capabilities.
The Research Engineer (RE) may serve as a technical lead or subject matter expert, focusing on defining software and systems best practices to enable rapid development and integration of R&D capabilities, facilitating technology transition into higher TRL products.
This role requires full-time onsite work at a BAE Systems facility.
