As a Senior Principal II Software Engineer in FAST Labs Engineering, your responsibilities may include:

1. Leading the evaluation and design of highly complex and innovative software architectures.
2. Serving as the technical leader of a team of 5 to 10 engineers.
3. Acting as a scrum master to facilitate agile processes.
4. Mentoring and training junior staff in software engineering best practices and processes.
5. Leading external project interactions with customers to understand their requirements and guide development efforts to meet their needs.
6. Designing, writing, testing, integrating, and debugging software on assigned programs, typically in C++, but also in other languages as needed.
