Job summary

PENN Entertainment's Hollywood Casino & Hotel in Kentucky is seeking a Food Runner to provide fast, friendly service in a busy dining room. You will support servers and kitchen staff by fulfilling orders and delivering meals with accuracy and a smile.

The starting pay is $10.00 per hour plus tips, with shifts from late morning to late evening. Benefits include day-one medical/dental/vision, tuition reimbursement, and various recognition programs for team members.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Strong customer service and communication skills; ability to work in a team.
Background check and drug test required.
Ability to work any day shift, including holidays and weekends.
Presentable and well-groomed appearance.

Responsibilities

Provides fast, friendly, professional food service to restaurant guests.
Assists in fulfilling all food orders according to guests' needs.
Delivers food to guest tables throughout the restaurant.
Maintains a clean and stocked workstation.
Obtains replacement stock for table tops from kitchen area/storage; assists in setting up tables.
Meets attendance guidelines and adheres to policies.
