Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly service to create a positive shopping experience.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate department staff to maintain a high-performing team.
• Write department work schedules and coordinate with the Store Director on goals.
• Analyze weekly sales, pricing, and inventory to optimize profitability and freshness.
• Ensure proper temperatures, storage, and sanitation procedures for products.
• Move displays, stock shelves, and replenish products; assist with order fulfillment and curbside readiness.
