Responsibilities

• Greet every customer in a quick and courteous manner.
• Provide a pleasant dining experience and respond to customer inquiries in a timely fashion.
• Handle customer complaints according to company policies and procedures.
• Develop product knowledge and provide customers with recommendations.
• Follow sanitary practices for food handling and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards and policies.
• Maintain high quality of food preparation and service.
• Maintain professional appearance and uniform standards.
• Operate with others in a cooperative manner and assist new associates in learning.
• Process sales accurately with cash handling and proper drawer reconciliation.
• Receive and stock merchandise according to policy and apply FIFO when receiving or stocking.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and observe safety procedures.
• Ensure store is secured at end of day and maintain cleanliness and safety.
