Job summary

Micheldever Group is seeking a Fast-Fit Technician to join Protyre Autocare, a leading national automotive company. In this role, you will perform various fast-fit repairs, including tyre fitting and brake services, while ensuring the highest standards of workmanship and customer service.

Qualified candidates should have NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent, experience in mechanical repairs, and a clean driving license. The position offers numerous benefits including career development programs and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence held for at least 6 months (Clean licence).

Protyre Autocare is a fast‑growing national automotive company offering superb training and development opportunities. We are currently seeking a Fast‑Fit Technician to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out fast‑fit repairs such as tyre fitting, vehicle alignment, exhausts, and brakes.
• Maintain the highest quality of workmanship and deliver excellent customer service.
• Carry out accurate tyre repair and tyre fitting.
• Perform exhaust and brake removals/repairs and basic servicing.
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with company policies and procedures.
• Help the company maintain its industry‑leading standards.
• Ensure the customer’s vehicle is cleaned of any dirt, oil, or other marks resulting from the work performed.
• Perform other duties as reasonably called upon.
• Ensure a high standard of personal presentation, including always wearing the correct company uniform.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2, Level 3, or equivalent qualification related to the automotive industry.
• Experience in mechanical and/or fast‑fit repairs, including tyre fitting, exhausts, brakes, suspension, and general servicing and repair of a wide range of vehicles.
• Full UK Driving Licence held for at least 6 months (Clean licence).
• Ability to seek advice and guidance when necessary to ensure quality workmanship.
