Job summary

Flower Child in Meridian, Idaho is hiring immediately as a fast casual server. This part-time role offers growth within Fox Restaurant Concepts and a chance to work with a team focused on healthy, real-food options.

Walk-in interviews with a manager are welcome Monday 9/28 to Saturday October 3rd (NO SUNDAY) from 10:00am to 6:00pm at 3395 E Longwing Ln Ste 100.

Must be friendly, able to stand for long periods, and available to work weekends and some holidays.

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience is helpful.
• Strong teamwork and a dynamic personality.
• Excellent communication and physical stamina (stand long hours, lift up to 25 lb).

Responsibilities

• Provide great hospitality by going above and beyond for every guest
• Know the menu and be able to make genuine recommendations
• Deliver food to guests, clear and clean tables, package to-go orders
• Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
• Respond to on-the-fly requests with ease and poise
• Availability to work weekends and some holidays
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
