Job summary

Flower Child, part of Fox Restaurant Concepts, is seeking team players who thrive in a fast-paced dining environment. You’ll deliver outstanding hospitality, learn the menu, and assist with to-go orders while maintaining a clean, friendly dining room.

Ideal candidates bring restaurant exposure or a strong team spirit, can stand long hours, and lift up to 25 pounds. Flexible schedules, discounts, and growth opportunities are offered as part of our benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a restaurant is helpful; teamwork and a dynamic personality are valued.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to stand for long periods, and ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide great hospitality by going above and beyond for every guest.
• Know the menu and be able to make genuine recommendations.
• Deliver food to guests, clear and clean tables, package to-go orders.
• Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment.
• Respond to on-the-fly requests with ease and poise.
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
