Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items including lobster rolls, seafood dishes, and other specialty offerings to order
• Operate the cash register and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner to ensure a top-notch dining experience
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and front-of-house areas
• Restock ingredients and supplies as needed to ensure smooth service operations
• Follow food safety and handling guidelines at all times
• Collaborate with team members to manage high-volume service periods efficiently

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a cook, line cook, or food service role preferred
