Responsibilities

• Sets up, maintains, and operates the station using prep sheets and station charts.
• Develop food according to standardized recipes.
• Prep and prepares food items at correct temperatures within specified timeframes.
• Package/serve orders according to guidelines.
• Adhere to SERV Food and HACCP standards, Federal/State/Local laws, and company policies.
• Develop strong working relationships within the team.
