Responsibilities

• Record vital signs and patient history, and provide clinical information to providers.
• Process and post information to patient charts; educate patients about medications, treatment, and referrals.
• Obtain BLS certification within 90 days of hire/transfer.
• Assist in procedures and collaborate with physicians and staff.
• Input data into EMR and maintain accurate documentation.
