Job summary

IBERIA FASHION LLC seeks a skilled Fashion Technical Designer to drive development from concept through production. You will create tech packs, oversee fit, measurements, and grading, and partner with design and production to ensure samples become production-ready.

The ideal candidate has garment construction expertise, proficiency in Illustrator and Excel, and a meticulous eye for detail. You will communicate with domestic and overseas factories to maintain consistent quality across collections.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Technical Designer in fashion/apparel.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fit, patternmaking, and grading.
• Experience creating and updating tech packs and specification sheets.
• Strong garment measuring and fitting skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with domestic and overseas factories.
• Ability to manage multiple styles and deadlines simultaneously.
• Knowledge of apparel production processes from development through bulk production.

Responsibilities

• Identify fit, construction, and quality issues and recommend solutions.
• Maintain accurate size specifications, grading, and measurement charts.
• Work closely with the Design, Production, and Merchandising teams to ensure styles are production-ready.
• Track sample revisions and maintain organized technical records.
• Ensure consistency of fit, construction, and quality across styles and collections.
• Assist with fabric, trim, and construction evaluations as needed.
• Meet development and production deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $45,000–$55,000 per year Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Fashion Technical Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of garment construction, fit, measurements, and production and can work closely with our design and production teams to take styles from initial development through final production.

Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits

$45,000–$55,000 annual salary, based on experience
