Chico's FAS, Inc. is seeking a Support Associate to help drive a customer- and product-focused selling culture in our store. You will handle merchandise, process stock, and keep the stockroom organized to support an efficient sales floor.

The role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is often required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
• Experience with sales or stock roles preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Process merchandise, ensure items are stored, ticketed and located for replenishment.
• Merchandise new products in a timely and accurate manner.
• Enter receiving documents and reconcile invoices; complete store transfers and locate requests.
• Ensure visual materials, signs and stockroom items are organized and stored properly.
• Participate in pricing changes and markdowns.
• Provide excellent customer service and support MAPS principles.
• Communicate with customers, Associates and Management; wear headset as required.
