Responsibilities include greeting guests, listening to needs, offering styling advice, and guiding purchase decisions while delivering a seamless checkout experience. Prior retail experience and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Professional selling skills.
• Prior experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
• English proficiency (or local language proficiency per market).
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and busy periods.
