Job summary

Bohme is seeking a Stylist at our Utah/Orem store to deliver friendly and knowledgeable service on the sales floor. You will help customers select merchandise, answer questions, and maintain visual standards while contributing to a positive shopping experience.

You will greet customers, process sales at the register, stock and organize merchandise, and participate in ongoing training to stay current with Bohme products.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales and customer-facing roles.
• Ability to operate POS and store computer applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Provide a positive shopping experience to every customer.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge all customers on the sales floor.
• Provide assistance to customers by answering merchandise related questions.
• Meet individual sales goals established by store management every day.
• Fill, size, and fold merchandise throughout the shift.
• Assist in cleaning and maintenance of the store as directed by store management.
• Continue self-training with Bohme materials and hands-on store training.
• Communicate customer needs or concerns to store management.
• Assist in processing merchandise as directed by store management.
• Follow all established safety procedures.
• Observe and monitor for loss prevention and advise management of any unusual activity.
• Ring up sales transactions as directed by store management.
• Operate cash register as directed by store management.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
