Job summary

Bohme is seeking a stylish and personable Stylist to join our Utah-based retail team in Sandy. You will create a positive shopping experience through knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient service on the floor.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering questions about merchandise, maintaining displays, and processing transactions while supporting sales goals and loss-prevention efforts. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing retail experience required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to operate POS and store computer systems.
• Provide a positive shopping experience to every customer.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge all customers on the sales floor.
• Provide assistance to customers by answering merchandise related questions.
• Meet individual sales goals established by store management daily.
• Fill, size, and fold merchandise throughout the shift.
• Assist in cleaning and maintenance of the store as directed by store management.
• Continue self-training using Bohme materials and in-store training.
• Communicate customer needs or concerns to store management.
• Assist in processing merchandise as directed by store management.
• Follow all established safety procedures.
• Observe and monitor for loss prevention and advise management of unusual activity.
• Ring up sales transactions as directed by store management.
• Operate cash register as directed by store management.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
