Job summary

Bohme in Utah is seeking a friendly Stylist to help customers find fashion that fits their style and budget. You will greet shoppers, answer questions, and provide efficient, knowledgeable service while maintaining store standards.

Expect to assist with merchandise, ring up sales, and participate in ongoing training and loss-prevention practices. This role requires strong organizational skills and a positive attitude on a busy sales floor.

Qualifications

• Excellent organization, verbal and written skills
• Ability to work POS and other store computer applications
• Experience with retail selling
• Provide a positive shopping experience to every customer

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge all customers on the sales floor.
• Provide assistance by answering merchandise questions.
• Meet individual sales goals daily (SPH, ADS, UPT).
• Fill, size, and fold merchandise during the shift.
• Assist in cleaning and maintenance of the store.
• Continue self-training with Bohme materials and store training.
• Communicate customer needs or concerns to management.
• Assist in processing merchandise as directed.
• Follow all established safety procedures.
• Observe and monitor for loss prevention and report anomalies.
• Ring up sales transactions as directed by management.
• Operate cash register as directed.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
