You’ll lead staffing, training, and development while maintaining brand standards and visual merchandising to inspire customers.

The role emphasizes recruiting and coaching, with opportunity for growth within the store’s leadership track and a strong focus on Omni-Channel fulfillment and asset protection.

• Bachelor's degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
