Garage Clothing Co. in Chicago is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in all store operations, lead a high-performing team, and ensure a positive shopping experience for every customer.

You will help optimize inventory, oversee replenishment and eComm fulfillment, and maintain brand presentation across sales floor and digital channels, while driving sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline is a plus.
• 2 years of management experience, preferably in fashion clothing.
• Passion for fashion with outgoing personality and customer service focus.
• Strong organizational, problem solving, and decision making abilities.
• Flexible, innovative, with sense of urgency in changing environment.
• Build partnerships and promote collaboration.
• Social media and mobile device skills; MS Office experience.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
