The position requires 1–2 years in inventory or retail, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and capacity to work 8–10 hour shifts. Certification testing may be required to operate equipment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years related experience in inventory or retail work.
• Able to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and stand on concrete floors during shifts of 8–10 hours.
• Able to read, count and write to accurately complete documentation.
• Must pass certification testing prior to operating equipment.
• Withstand exposure to extreme temperatures and constant noise.

Responsibilities

• Unload merchandise from trucks
• Maintain an organized stockroom
• Receive and ship inventory and related stock processes
• Maintain visual presentation standards on the sales floor
• Take inventory or examine merchandise to identify items to be reordered
• Comply with safety policies and censoring of merchandise
• Develop proficiency in all operational policies and procedures
• Communicate clearly and effectively
• Manage time and prioritize tasks
• Take directions from various managers
