Groupe Dynamite Inc. is seeking a Full Time Sales Team Lead for Garage stores in Sioux Falls, SD. You will promote a positive shopping experience for every customer and lead a high-performing team to achieve store goals.

You will build lasting relationships through personalized service, coaching, and proactive problem-solving, with a schedule that includes evenings, weekends and holidays to meet business needs.

Competenze

• High school diploma is required.
• 1 year of experience as a team lead, preferably in retail.
• 2 years of retail experience is an asset.
• Passion for fashion and customer service mindset.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and relationship-building talent.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to service.
• Social media familiarity and mobile/computer skills are assets.
• Must be available for evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
