Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service that promotes the product and builds brand relationships.
• Assist the management team to build store business.
• Support service enhancers and use Concierge to strengthen client relationships.
• Service multiple customers, multi-task, and handle projects simultaneously.
• Stay informed on fashion trends and product knowledge (fit, color, fashion).
• Create outfits and suggest items to match customers’ needs.
• Participate in learning opportunities and coaching to improve performance.
• Achieve sales and service metrics including clientelling and appointments.
• Complete operational tasks such as filling orders and replenishment.
