Job summary

Talbots is seeking a part-time Store Associate at Store 00506 Edmond, OK. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, styling assistance, and building strong relationships with clients while representing our modern classic brand.

The position requires enthusiastic teamwork, fashion knowledge, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a part-time schedule of 15–20 hours per week.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer service experience that promotes the product and builds brand relationships.
• Assist the management team to build store business.
• Support all service enhancers to build relationships including Concierge.
• Service multiple customers at a time and multi-task.
• Be aware of fashion trends and knowledge of new arrivals.
• Use fashion knowledge to create outfits and suggest items.
• Contribute to achieving sales and service metrics.
• Complete operational tasks such as filling orders and replenishment.
