• Build and grow a personal customer base through in-store interactions and digital tools.

• Set and achieve personal sales goals and stay accountable to results.
• Keep the department customer-ready with stocking, re-merchandising, price changes and inventory counts.
• Stay current on product knowledge and trends to serve as a trusted style resource.
